Erik Miedema CEO & Co-Founder
Prior to founding Climax, Erik was founder of Shell TapUp, the first startup to displace fuel stations with alternative fuels delivered by electric vehicles. His career has spanned well over a decade in the energy industry, including material experience in global non-financial reporting frameworks.
Prior to founding Climax, Mik brings nearly two decades of deep technological, strategy, and engineering experience from the financial industry. As a trained computer scientist, Mik has spent his career in software-centric roles with primary focus on big data & ml. From development, architecture to product management. He has significant startup experience, taking businesses from 0 to 1 and beyond.
Prior to joining Climax, Milena brings a strong mix of corporate experience in telecommunications as well as start-up experience in creating corporate start-ups in various sectors from retail to fintech. She’s an expert in scaling ventures with a keen sense of customer experience and brand love.
